Mindset Transformation to Achieve Weight Loss

Diet plans leave out a critical component that sabotages your ability to lose weight. It's the reason that 95% of dieters regain the weight they struggled to lose within a few months to a couple of years.
Trying to lose weight by cutting out the foods you enjoy, depriving yourself of calories, and exercising your butt off is stressful. And stress changes your physiology and actually makes it harder to lose weight. Whether you believe in the Law of Attraction, or Neuroscience is your preference, they are both saying the same thing: Your negative mindset, and negative self-talk creates the thing you want to avoid: poor health and overweight. The things you resist persist. That's the biology of belief!
Fatitude is a stressful state where your mind and emotions tell your body that it is under attack. It's under SELF-attack! Your body is the physical expression of your inner thoughts and feelings. Just think about how a lie detector test will show that stress, even when you try to lie. You can't help it; it's automatic!
When stressed, your body shifts into protection mode. It's Nature's perfect plan to keep you alive and healthy, which is the #1 priority of your immune system. It will shift your body into "fight or flight" to escape the danger. But unfortunately, the danger is inside your head! In this stressed condition, all body functions unnecessary to help you escape the stressor will slow down or stop until you are "safe".
That's where Mindset transformation comes in.
